In looking at it again, in contrast to the discussions here over the last year and more... the filings clearly contain a LOT of new information, information on what WAS going on in the past, when other things were being postured here. A LOT of information that was never made available to shareholders... before this filing. THAT is why I found much of it was so stunning... the difference between what we were told, and the FACT of what was occurring.
I expect it might be worth going over some of that, bit by bit, in sequence, showing the difference between what we were being led to believe was happening by Diac et al at the time, and the FACTS of what was going on, at each step, given the benefit of hindsight...
It is a bit overwhelming to have all that NEW information downloaded here all at once... and I expect it will take some time to go over all of that with the fine toothed comb that needs to be applied to it...
... but it is OBVIOUS that there is a MASSIVE disconnect between many of the PUBLIC statements made, and the FACTS...
The more I think about it... the more I see new reasons to be PISSED OFF at the MASSIVE misrepresentations postured here for shareholders by the defendants...
The MAGNITUDE of the self dealing is flabbergasting... all the more for the OBVIOUSNESS of the huge disconnects from reality.
Thinking about that, I won't be surprised to see some new effort made here using straw for stuffing some old shirts and pants, soon... a bit of rope... some marshmallows...

It seems there is a set of FLAT OUT FACTS apparent re the deceptions involved in the Acacia vs. an "incompetent good ole boy" being used as "our" representative re the patents in the T-Mobile suit. They LIED to the Effing ATTORNEYS to get them on board... and screwed us out of $5 million CASH up front to do so...
NONE of that sort of OBVIOUS, self dealing MALFEASANCE is excusable as proper "business judgment"...
They are gonna fry...
