The rabbit jumped out of the hat a long time ago and left some smart pills behind. That is why the Hemi Moon Beamers are so smart!

Sneaky2, IMO there are still some other "rabbits" in the Hemi hat.

Problem is:

The this current discussion has become so negative that IMO a number of the current participants on this board are being blinded or trying to blind those by the desire of attacking every move by Hemi versus such other possible outcomes and reasons for Hemi's 2008-2009 business actions.

I mean after all this is what Hemi did state as one of its objectives and to date nobody knows exactly what Hemi has received (cash, terms or conditions for SEK). In addition Hemi still has a vast amount of other leases including SEK available to move forward with. Although IMO SEK is no longer a primary a focus point operationally speaking for Hemi who's to say that there may not be other secondary opportunities within the remain SEK lease?

As a shareholder I've had some very interesting e-mail discussions with KAA over the last 30-45 days. He has been very upfront and communicative within the context of what can be said by a CEO of a company to a Hemi shareholder. I have seen no change in position with my current discussion with KAA being exactly as it was during my prior visits and communications with KAA.

As upsetting as the current PPS of Hemi is, the discussion that I've had with KAA and other Hemi shareholders IMO paints a picture of the what and where Hemi wants to move the business too. There are still a number of options IMO that Hemi can and will pursue. In fact IMO this is the greatest reasons why Hemi/KAA remains silent as this point in time; on going business actions in process.........once complete then IMO Hemi will provide an update.

IMO the one mistake that KAA put out there was the indication of a 2010 outcome, but who back in 2007-08 could have predicted the economic and energy market termoil that occurred?

The other mistake which is completely out of Hemi's/KAA control is how this indication is discussed on any forum.

Does Hemi succeed? Time will tell but Hemi is still operational, Hemi is still located within the Yard, Fort Worth, TX and Hemi/KAA is still working those 6-7 days a week moving forward to the next phase of the Hemi business plan.

So as with this post of opinion try and balance out what is being presented on any forum about Hemi because IMO it is just that an opinion only.

Until Hemi puts forth a PR or a shareholders update about the developments, business reasons and direction all opinions on the demise of Hemi is just hear-say.
