Problem is, statements like this which can help a newbie make an informed decision, is often removed from stock specfic boards, imo. That would naturally occur with those who "might" have the same mindset as Matt and his accomplices, as they had a vested interest in certain stocks in which they were pumping and dumping.
Many times the third parties are nothing more than shills for company insiders. It is quite obvious in many of the present frauds where "promoters" are given ~30% or so of the outstanding shares, one of those outfits is advertising on the front page of Ihub right now even. Even in this case the allegations include the writing of the PRs to dump the stock into by the accused, hard to say you are much of a third party when you are doing that.
