and you can throw in there somewhere that "it is obvious that Kirkland & Ellis is more concerned about financing their summer jobs training program on the dime of the estate of Chemtura, than representing the equity holders of Chemtura." and conclude your letter with wording such as "and for those reasons stated above, and Official Equity Committee is needed for the protection of the estate and the equity therein".

I agree with your post, he goes say all that and you are right..."shareholders are stakeholders"...unfortunately, we are the 1st of the stakeholders to be peeled off and discarded should that be necessary for survival or perceived to be necessary
