I dont think EVFL would since there filing status requires them not to in order to reach a .25 pps and the ceo said they wouldn't because it was in thears and there share holders best interest.
I believe that you maybe wrong in your statement. Comapny changed in April 2009 to Southwest Hydrocarbons Inc. New CEO is Patrick Berry and Chairman is Clark Hayes (Sonny) Boyle jr. Boyle comes from Bedford Engineering that seems to have gone stagnant. Will be interesting to see what is happening now.
