There are obviously alot of questions surrounding this issue. The first thing of note is the effective dates...November 2003 to March 2006. We must find out how this ties into this Company and the MGLG Symbol. Worth noting, I took this archived response from Karen on July 7th of this year - it was in response to report in Canadian Business Weekly outlining some fraudulent practices on the part of Magellan while under the Symbol MGGL...
The company referred to in that article traded under the symbol MGGL and was completely separate from the current day Magellan Energy. It is my understanding that the public shell was owned by at least one other group between current management and the company referred to in that article. The people referred to in that article have never had anything to do with the running of this company and I have never heard of any of them. It is precisely because they have nothing to do with this company that I do not have any further information in regards to them.

...It is possible Magellan of today is still answering questions regarding the Magellan under the Symbol MGGL. As stated in the e-mail, none of these people are involved in the current Company. It seems you need to be a Corporate Atourney to weed through this mess but hopefully everything ends up ok.
