He is their IR person and open to criticism as are all insiders. He sounds like a 3rd grader to me and he is a liar if he claims that there is 1,5 billion naked shorts, which hes done in the past. Hes lied about a lot of things actually.

I have been long SPNG(E) for quite some time and have had internal questions that have all come to light by longs & bashers. I do have to say however, it appears that the fat lady is beginning to whisper if not beginning to sing. The promo's the company continues to publicize is remarkable, but, however, so are the legal ramifications of their silence regarding insider doings, lack of transparency regarding OS and AS, inner workings with RME, etc. etc. etc. Just take heed longs and protect your investment; and this company may pull a big fat rabbit out of their hat, but I'm becoming very skeptical of that more each day. Someone give me a reason to feel otherwise.
