ya that's what i don't like. just get it done and stop wasting hours and money on appeals...ughhhh just frustrating...how did they not see this coming?
Hedge funds must have known Drake was in bad light with the PCAOB so this problem was going to be brought up........didn't they see this coming?

I called Robison Hill a few days ago mainly because I had not been able to talk to anyone on the phone from SpongeTech's IR. I guess I just needed to be able to talk to a human rather than getting all of my information from the internet. (I was happy to be able to at least talk to Doug Furth a couple of days ago.)

Anyway, the first call I made to Robison Hill, I left a message on Brent's answering machine (the receptionist forwarded me to him). She also told me I was welcome to call back later, so I did. I will try to quote the conversation to the best of my memory, and hope that Brent forgives me if it's not exact.

Me: "I understand you are doing the audit for SpongeTech?"

Brent: "Yes"

Me: "Have you been getting a lot of phone calls about this?"

Brent: "Yes, I have, and I can't tell you anything that has not already been made public."

Me: "You can't tell me when it will be done or anything?"

Brent: "No!"

Me: "Ok, Thank you."

Draw you own conclusions. (The fact that I was an idiot to bother the poor guy, need not come up.)
