except that SPNGE had til the 16th and they want to appeal, which i guess means that the 10K won't be ready by the 16th after all

a proper PR from the company should have been we have received delisting notification and have the right to appeal but have chosen not to since we will be getting the 10-k filed on time

i dont think we will be seeing a 10-k this month
