Bo, Insiders would be dumping into a short squeeze of UCAD via MMs covering CMKX divis. But as you can see from the FORM 4, UCAD insiders are buying into whatever is going on, which is a good sign.

BO KNOWS CMKX

LOL Anything's possible these days Bo. My counterpoints to your thoughts about ucad's run being a possible setup by the shorts are as follows:

1. UCAD's share structure makes it the WRONG stock to short. The float is negligible and now you've got insiders buying up what little of it there is (in addition to most of the cmkx'ers piling on the buying). Unless the shorts know of some large position dumping ucad shares (which I haven't heard of), they would be picking a fight in very unfavorable surroundings.

2. Depending on which rumor you believe, UCAD has either already submitted its application to AMEX, is planning on submitting it as soon as CMKX becomes reporting or certainly has every intention of moving to a higher exchange irrespective of CMKX. Who knows what's exactly true on that count, but IMO, UCAD is a very dangerous short play if they apply and get listed. And I think they have a very good chance of doing so.

3. There are just too many players, entities and shareholders now watching UCAD. Unless the shorts were planning on an all-assault on UCAD (stupid as for reasons #1 and #2), a short position in UCAD just doesn't make any logical sense with so many people watching and waiting in the wings to buy. I think if UCAD dropped to $5, there would now be an overwhelming buying spree of people looking to get in at this price. And for the minimal potential profit of shorting down to that point and then turning around and having to cover, the risk seems to great. And what did the shorts accomplish even if they did that? People aren't going to be upset if UCAD went back to $5 since that's where it's been all this time. So, even psychologically, it just doesn't make sense.

Seems to be a very tightly held, tightly controlled stock. Today's rapid ascent on low volume is proof enough IMO that anyone that wants to step in and toy with UCAD is playing with fire. And I mean out of control, Colorado-type wildfire.

But hey, that's CMKX -- the greatest stock in the world when it comes to its shareholders not knowing what in the hell is going on behind the scenes. LOL

thanks bo...

just a minor correction. UCAD is not obligated to cmkx for anything. This is totally optional for UCAD to purchase UP TO 15%. Rendall has said, however, that he fully intends to exercise this option fully.

I also believe UCAD is a terriffic stock play (without any short squeeze)
