hi gail,,im going to email fidelity today,and get some more info on it..if any one has more info on it please let me know..when i got in trouble the last time,they said i was makeing good faith trades..i was using there money before the 3 settlement days were up and i had no real funds in my acct..so i opened a margin acct..so i have a balance all the time..will find out i guess..have fun all
