That would be a major indicator of a company that is doing massive dilution over time and needs to do it in secret for as long as possible.

The fact that FFF is the only one who brought it up here is a very big plus for him. Checking for a gagged TA is one of the items on his DD list.

It is a good thing that this information is brought to light. People need to know that there is no way to get an accurate share count. Even the Ks and Qs numbers will be stale.
