This just further supports what I said several days ago about the "rumor" that Envirotek was buying back its own shares. Doing this w/o notification is much smarter than the way QASP recently did. As soon as QASP announced it, the share value went up and now the market is looking for it. Buying back w/o notification would allow INCL to obtain more for their money. Reducing the float, which will subsequintly cause the share value to move fast and hard in the future. 500 Million shares is nothing. One good PR and this thing could EXPLODE UPWARD!!!!!
