I have NO idea! But that is a good question. IMO - there were some red flags to begin, so SPNG should have probably done a little more DD to begin with. I wish I had the answers...

In all honesty, I'm a SPNG shareholder and I want to believe that SPNG has our best interest in mind. Perhaps naive and stupid but I obviously have to pick a side to fight for and I choose SPNG. Who wins the war? Not sure, but I sure as heck hope its SPNG.
