the only DD for QASP is believing what someone said....there is no paperwork or other evidence....it's kinda like a Pinkie "religion"....
the best part everyone believes is that some entity is going to plunk $150 million bucks on the table for for flight school worth about 3 cents and get nothing in return....we the shareholders will reap ALL the benefits....

How will the post acquistion company be structured? The way it's structured will determine what our shares are worth....
if we are to sorta, kinda swallow the Koolaid....the new owners will hold some kind of preferred shares which convert into commons proportional to the "paid in" equity of all parties....which means that our shares in reality will be worth (approximately)the ratio between todays market cap and the 150 million bucks....
which means: if they ever sell this company the present stockholders will get 2-3% of the corporate value....so if the stock goes to a $1.....you'll get 2 cents if they merge/sell with/to a bigger company....
which implies....if your here for short term, you're a winner....if you're here for the long term investment, you're a loser....(typical Pinkie)...
