Z4 - Can you comment on why SPNGE's PPS is so low? Why are witnessing so little volume after months of 100s of millions of shares?

Do you have an opinion of what is happening here in "SPNGELAND"?

I guess I am seeing whether investing more or less in SPNGE is a good idea at this juncture.

Any suggestions?
