Are you saying that RM couldn't legally wire the funds on SPNG's behalf? Seems likely to me that SPNG gave RM some shares and SPNG had them wire the funds to GFGU rather than SPNG and then SPNG to GFGU.

I don't know the law on this, so I'm just looking for clarification.
