I am not in this ! I did some quick DD and in my opinion...this stinks !!
It's the same company if you read the 10K again. But look at all the name changes !!!
Really, i wouldn't be suprised this is a scam. I saw almost the same with PGYC. Look at the pps now, they just disappeared from earth?!!

Now in all fairness, Peter Sterling could have put this deal together for real and split it between both the companies, you know, so the shareholders could benefit. Riiiiiight.
