The primary benefit will be getting off the pink sheets.

Look how much accumulation happened yesterday and look at today is pretty even with the buys and sells, yet the price is back down to 7.40

As debentures, it will trade more like bonds. Look at the bond market. The seniors are 90% and the subordinated is 70%

WAHUQ needs just $789m beyond subordinated to pay, yet it is not even trading at 25%

So anyone who wants to scoop up more should do it before the conversion happens, IMO.
