Absolutely. if he was desperate he wouldnt put up almost 2 million to lose. he wouldve moved on to starting another company or something.

The problem is, if he's got 1.8 million dollars, why couldn't he get a loan? Why wouldn't he get a loan? Why put himself and his family if he has one, at risk like that? More power to the guy if he could have gotten a loan but didn't want to put himself in debt, and if he's that sure of his company.

And I've heard of people putting everything into their company to save it. Hopefully, 1.8M isn't all he's got. Time will tell if he's a nut or a fox.
