Look at the pathetic and abysmal deals he has cut so far: no marketing, exclusive single customer supply relationship, onerous financing, bought a stake in a BK distribiution outlet, piss poor management of cash flow, misrepresentations of private placements, massive dilution of the shares, ad nauseum. Now you tell us, insidescrewup, what the positive side of NitWhit's record is?
You can't. Try to show me where Numbnuts has made one move that has increased shareholder value? You're now grabbing at a pie-in-the-sky shell game that is intended (criminally) to hide assets and itellectual property from the N.I.R. boys that NitWhit sold you initially downriver with. Now he's going to cheat the creditors out of their collateral? He's pond scum of the lowest order.
