That's how junior (exploration stage) miners raise money to fund operations.

Drilling, NI reports and all that stuff takes money (or shares).

It just comes with the territory.

Seems to me like they are doing a good job of accounting for shares. I don't see any waste or excess going on.

That's the way it has to be until they begin generating income from operations or JV.

I'm not worried about it.
