Mgmt was going to release the o/s and sales figures within the 10k but now they need to re-audit per the SEC and since the notification of an SEC investigation, they probably are prohibited to say much of anything about anything pertinent.

I wouldn't doubt the PR's today and last week have been pre-approved by the SEC for release.
