Big money has their eyes on this one and they're trying to accumulate all they can get as cheap as possible. Then they're gonna run it up to the pennies when the meaty PR's come out! Don't sell them your shares and they'll have to pay more for them, pushing the PPS higher!

INCL's definately going up to the pennies, IMO $.10 to $.30 with strong momentum!
