No they didn't, I personaly was talking with Steve and they were trying to raise 100k and put the shell up for collateral, any of that ring a bell. They couldn't find anyone to do that so they did the only option left. RS and sell shares. They now (according to Steve) have the money needed to get this going. Before they did Steve himself had doubts about the NBVG and was doubtful about the water coming to market. The last couple times I spoke with him he was quite upbeat and said he thinks this will happen.
Go ahead and nay say but I myself got burned by the RS, I lost over 15k. So I bought in again and if I get burned so be it, I truly think tis time they will do it, and will kick myself everyway possible if I miss the ride. Put aside your anger and start doing some DD.
