Yes, I can imagine your broker laughing at you if you wanted to short a pinkie. My broker, Fidelity, would laugh too.

BUT. You can find brokers who will be glad to help you short this stock and virtually any other pinkie. But they are the smaller, hungrier brokerage houses.

There are websites that will tell you what the short play is in any stock you want. Last time I looked there was a grand total of 1,000 shares short. Several months ago you coul;d see 15,000 or 25,000 sold short.

Don't feel bad. Hopefully we are all still learning.
