But, if biopsy shows no cancer then what does the doctor do?

So What does the doctor do now if CEA is elevated and no cancer is found?

So What does the doctor do now if PSA is elevated and no cancer is found?

So What does the doctor do now if CA-125 is elevated and no cancer is found?

MCD2inga stated: "This same combined test "finding" was announced for prostate cancer many years ago. This latest PR is nothing new, IMO it is only a way to try to support the stock price with old information in a new wrapper"

You are correct. That pretty well sums up the ISOBM posters for the pump on the stock. IMO, these poster presentations were meant for investors more than the scientific arena.

If Abbott thought a combination with RECAF and PSA would have been successful, they would have proceeded into trials. They did not proceed and have not even declared RECAF as feasible nor have they paid the feasibility milestone.

Moro is wanting to hype a screening aspect for RECAF but IMO, that just is not going to happen. When confronted with the problems of RECAF and screening, even "the bocx" wants to shift the discussion to monitoring.
