You could be right, and as I wrote before, you will deserve every penny you make if SPNG ends up being a smashing success. I actually hope that I'm wrong. I just couldn't take the associated level of risk anymore... I kept a small amount of shares which represents money I am ready to lose.

Also I decided that if I am wrong, when things clear up after the 10K then I can always re-enter because if SPNG is legit, they probably have a bright future ahead of them.
