It's either

A: You have an all or none order in and not enough shares are being sold to fulfill your order....which means no one is letting go of their shares so just hit the ask and stop being a pansy

B: You entered it too late, and other people had priority over you...

C: Just hit the ask. .0002 is not going to make you broke...
