They were issued when they had value. Now, at best, they are worth $4,000.00. Why not talk about the million dollar note that went with them and why it would be canceled?
Could it be that the note was to create a final pump for Axia before they did another one of their huge reverse splits? Could it have been canceled because the entire transaction was a scam? Looks like the sellers got nothing they could convert to cash in the deal.
Look at the most recent Q. See if you can figure out how many shares per week have to be issued into the market just to stay even and to pay Yeung's salary.
Then ask yourself three questions:
1. What is the OS right now?
2. How much of the daily volume in this scam is actually new shares issued to pay floorless debt and Yeung's $50,000 per Q salary?
