Yeung is issuing over 60MM shares per week into the market paying floorless debt and you want to make a point about one 20MM share transaction of restricted shares issued almost 2 years ago?

Why don't you figure out where the money comes from to pay Yeung's $50,000 per quarter salary. That would not be debt repayment, would it?

Or would that be more conjecture?
