Gentlemen. Are the Ks & Qs Conjecture?

I am cut and pasting from the Ks and Qs here. First you say I don't know. So I paste the info from the Ks and Qs. Now you say I am using conjecture.

Yeung has laid it out for you in plain English in the Ks and Qs. That means when you lose your money, you lose it with your eyes wide open.

Of course, you could say that the Ks and Qs are conjecture. But then that would mean that Yeung is lying in the reports.

He wouldn't do that. Would he?
