Lots of changes with IHUB, Stockcharts, markets, economy and business in general. I'm sure you've been doing lots of reading to try and get caught up.

The bad news?

SCC seems unable to move up to the next level of dependability and consistency.

Is this a money issue? One of intelligence and commitment?

Chip Anderson seems like a bright human being.

Why do these outages keep happening (not to mention that they are getting worse)?
