thanx for getting us back on track here,

the second is likely under the circumstances especially now that pgpdq diluted their shares and the pps moved up to $6.88 today
I would not have a problem with that if he included a return to the dividend and the dilution meant growth

what is most importsant is to lobby the US attorney to protect shareholders interests
with the Company stock fund I believe that will occur and maybe hasn't occurred because the company would have to fund the equity committees legal team. I wonder?
However that would be money well spent as owners with skin in the game,looks like bond holders are already covered with bonds selling @ par and what do they know we don't ?
