Why spread false truth?

They are 2 weeks over due from their filing, they have 2 more weeks. They are late.

This isn't because "the investigation is serious", because that information has NOT BEEN MADE AVAILABLE.

Where were you all day when the stock was up 10-20%. I find it amazing that you come charging in here after the CE rating comes out. It's almost like you were paged...
