Read a little further *into* 4k's posts. It's obvious that 4k doesn't believe that is the genuine David Patch. Why would David Patch call the SEC when he wants the SEC investigated as well? Doesn't make sense to me either. I'm anxiously awaiting the verification as well from the deep capture team.

Mountains of DD have been presented on this board and elsewhere showing SPNGE is a scam. If nothing else, read the articles by Wall Street Journal/New York Post Reporter, Kaja Whitehouse and start there. She has hit home with her due diligence showing this company has engaged in a lot of hokus pokus.

It is hard for me to believe that anyone could know the SEC is investigating this company for securities law violations and still act as though they don't understand what is going on here.

Why anyone would buy this stock knowing that the company had been lying about the A/S and the O/S is totally beyond belief. You can't trust them. They are deceivers.
