when you know that in the afternoon you will be discussing your involvement in an sec investigation...

certainly, the sec is watching spng as it pertains to ANY public announcement these days... interesting that they basically call out a short position that is manipulating their stock and then later inform us that they are part of an investigation on securities issues.... hmmmmmmmmmmm.
