NO.... the SEC is VERY specific... they do not require any investigation informal or formal to be announced while it is ongoing.

ANY announcement is at the SOLE discretion of the company involved.

there are no exceptions to this rule.

call the sec and ask them.

If that were the case, SPNG would have to disclose everything that happens on a day to day basis because RME "inherently" knows this. No, RME would be restricted from selling on this info as an insider or affiliate, but there would not need to be disclosure.

Really? So a formal investigation by the SEC is not a material event the shareholders have a right to be informed about?

Some of us would say that's only the case if you believe in enabling a fraud. You know, like Spongetech.
