To refresh your recollection, you ADMITTED that you POSTED that there was a secret SEC investigation as to spng PRIOR to EITHER the SEC announcing it and PRIOR to when spng announced it in its 8K.

So my question is does such an admitted PUBLIC DISCLOSURE of an SEC investigation in ADVANCE of when it is generally known to the public such as you did violate any SEC rules or regulations or any other nondisclosure provisions of the SEC??
