perhaps because the SEC is investigating both the NSS and SPNG for manipulation. SM has lied on countless occasions and the constant AS raises and confusion created with DE SOS filings and future AS counts might seem suspicious to the SEC. some of the most respected investors on this board were convinced the AS was 900mm at one point when it never was so i think SM was deliberately trying to deceive investors about the AS
