ummmm they are selling on the offer. The bids are to prop up the selling @ .0002. Buy .0001 sell .0002. They paid promoters so they can generate volume to sell shares. Believe what you want, this stock is going nowhere. There are paid promoters all over this stock trying to manipulate it and i get spams on it.
