Even I was confused yesterday.

Jets, Titans, Oilers. Well, someone beat someone Sunday at Giants Stadium

Love the AFL retro thing, and the NFL record books will reflect that the New York Jets beat the Tennessee Titans 24-17 Sunday at the Meadowlands.

But the Jets were wearing Titans uniforms and the Titans were wearing Oilers uniforms. So did the Jets beat the Titans, did the Titans beat the Oilers, or did the Titans beat themselves.

Food for thought. Unless you're a Lions fan, of course.
