How does Copeland selling dilute anyone? The shares are already issued. In my mind (limited as it may be), I think in the long run, the less shares the few big guys own, the better. They are not keeping the price down. No revenue is keeping the price down. Just my thoughts.
Plunder Fact: if the shares are issued and outstanding then the full value of the company is computed on the issued and outstanding shares. Now if Copleland unloads share (which are already issued and outstanding) he can not possibly "dilute" any share value - he is simply spreading it around to more stockholders. The fact is if Copeland/Reggie had not been unloading, then the price would of risen. But it may not be time yet.
