The SEC is alleging these things. Does that mean that the SEC can be wrong? What if they are wrong and EESO does have some real contracts in the works? Plus Wow, and whatever else we thought a week earlier.. d'ohhhhh

After reading the entire complaint all the SEC is seeking is Civil penalties, not criminal and Jared is not being pursued or enjoined against being involved in the sale of penny stocks like Carnes and his cohorts are.

All I see happening here are some fines, if proven guilty.

I am sure some on this Board are sorry that he will not be going to jail over this compaint.

No big deal here. Just alot of noise, imo.
