Possible, but I think they're in the processing of properly evaluating the value of all of their divisions so they're prepared in the event that somebody floats them an offer for any one division of their business.

You can't sell something until you know internally how much it is worth. So it could be for any 1 or 2 of the pieces or the whole enchilada.

Also could be proper valuation for refinancing...

No, I do not think that is a likely outcome. Rogerson is probably considering selling any of the divisions, but I do not see the entire company being sold FWIW.
