Wow. Just reading this again and seeing all the money Jared took for himself by creating debt for EESO and paying for it by diluting shareholders. I think I remember in a video interview he said he was not taking a salary and had income sources through other means while he built EESO. Now we all know where it was coming from. I also think I recall his salary was actually listed as a liability in the income statement since he was accruing the salary on the books for future payment. Yikes.
I m no lawyer but this doesnt sound to bad... for the shareholders at least... except the 2 mil in debt part... if found guilty, the money will be repaid back into the companys shares...
it sounds like Jared is going to take the fall for the company and the company will still go on...
