Looks like all the money went to Jared and little to EESO per the way the payments were set up. In June Jared set it up saying we owed him 2.3 million dollars and then issued EESO stock to pay that off. Why not just make EESO get the money directly if it was for EESO and why say we owed him 2.3 million dollars-How the F(Sorry) did we owe him 2.3 million dollars. The SEC is just trying to protect us from ourselves-too late unless they get the money back for us. I have been buying whatever Jared has been dishing out. We could not force Jared to show what he was doing behind the scenes but the SEC can. How many of us bought the line why he was not showing us financial statements. We should have demanded them.
