Could it be that ScanBuys' VC's were given an express ticket to those shares, thereby affording them the priviledged opportunity to sell them at a much higher pps in order to make a settlement payment and licensing offer to NeoMedia; all the while, the shareholder community foots the bill once again? Only conjecture here...
