I think you may have misunderstood my point.

I wasnt complaining that he was following the NDA. You are correct, I would think it was pretty stupid to get fined for violating one. I think we all would think that.

My point was calling the man right now is useless. Leave him alone. EXPH needs cold hard facts now. Not "tuesdays with JD Brown"

I have spoken with JD a few times before. I have emailed with him also. He doesnt answer my current questions. In fact the questions I listed were all questions I have asked him either by phone or email, and those were the answers I got(shortened version of course).

Why would you have me waste my time and his?
