nice theory, could be true, on SPNGE, would not doubt it!!!
theres a lot, and A LOT of un-answered questions out there regarding this comany from all things sharestructre, revenue if its true, late filings, the sec investigation, on and on, this shows how bad spnge managment has handled it by letting the shareholders deal and suffer thru all these problems the company is facing right now!!!

Spongebob, here is a question for you. If they were a scam all along, then why announce the Deloitte Touche firm will be the future auditors. They would not corner themselves in a corner like that. First, if Deloitte took over, they would find out right away SPNG was a scam. Or, SPNG would stop Deloitte from auditing their records by saying we have decided to go with another firm; however, that would be the kiss of death also. Or, Deloitte was never the auditing firm, and if thats the case, Deloitte would have already gone public and the PR of them as auditors and SPNG would have already gotten in trouble for that long before this week.
